Planning Your Group’s Transportation to the Heard Museum

The Heard Museum offers a wide variety of experiences to its visitors, and National Charter Bus Phoenix provides reliable transportation for all of them. We can pair you with a motorcoach for an multi-day corporate event, an all-day wedding, an afternoon school field trip, and more.

When you call to book your charter bus rental, our reservation specialists will ask you a few details about your trip:

1) How many people are in your group

2) The pickup and drop off locations on your itinerary

3) How long you will need your bus rental

Using this information, we will help you choose the right bus for your group’s trip to the Heard Museum. Going on a field trip with 55 students and chaperones? You’ll need a full-sized charter bus rental. Transporting wedding guests from the hotel to the museum? A minibus shuttle may be more suitable.

When you talk to your reservation specialist about your trip, be sure to mention any amenities that you may need for comfort and entertainment. For example, you may request a bus that has TV monitors, a DVD player, WiFi, power outlets, reading lights, a restroom, overhead compartments for storing personal items, luggage bays, and more. Availability of buses with specific amenities varies, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests!

To help you plan the best trip to the Heard Museum, our reservation specialists have outlined a few helpful tips for each type of event:

Art Education Field Trips

Teach your students about Arizona’s rich tribal communities through the Heard Museum’s interactive educational programs. Designed for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade, the museum’s school tours will highlight art pieces, cultural artifacts, and historical events in an engaging way. You can choose from guided tours, group activities, and self-led explorations.

When you call to book your charter bus rental for your field trip, ask your reservation specialist about the availability of buses with television monitors and DVD players to keep your students entertained along the way. If your school is far away from the museum, it may be a good idea to also ask for a bus rental with a restroom to limit the need for time-consuming restroom breaks.

Chic Southwestern Weddings

What better way to bring culture and art to your wedding than to have it at the Heard Museum? The Spanish-colonial style venue has spaces for intimate gatherings of 20 people or hundreds of your closest friends and family (and all of those people your mother invited). Guests are welcome to enjoy the art exhibits during your event—a perfect distraction while you savor a few quiet moments with your new spouse before the reception begins.

To keep everyone out of the Arizona heat on your big day, hire a minibus shuttle with air conditioning to transport your guests between the venue and the hotel. If possible, book your bus as soon as you solidify your guest list for the best availability.

Corporate Meetings and Luncheons

Planning a corporate function? Choose from the Heard Museum’s nine unique event spaces, including rooms for conferences, classes, luncheons, dinners, film showings, and more. The museum has everything you need to plan a complete day of team building, training sessions, and exhibitions.

Since timeliness is critical to keeping corporate events on track, ensure everyone arrives on time with a charter bus shuttle from your office to the Heard Museum. If your employees will need access to their email and client information along the way, your reservation specialist can help you choose a bus with WiFi and power outlets. You can also store any equipment or supplies you need for the event in your bus’s overhead compartments or the luggage bays beneath the cabin.
